In March 2009 I installed 2 x 150LT WaterLite Solar Water units in my house.The reason for doing this was partly for going “Green” but mainly to overcome the Eskom increases.
The reason for doing this was partly for going “Green” but mainly to overcome the Eskom increases. The Solar Systems are working well and in Summer I’m saving about R19.00 a day and in Winter about R5.00 a day in electricity costs. The reason for the difference between Summer and Winter
The reason for the difference between Summer and Winter saving is obviously daylight hours and sun temperatures.
The more Eskom hike their prices the more money I save and the sooner I pay the Solar units off.
